Shipping Policy

Dispatch Schedule

  • Same-day dispatch on Tuesday–Friday for orders placed before 12:00 pm (UK time).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.

  • We do not dispatch on Sundays, Mondays, or UK public holidays.

Delivery Window

  • Orders dispatched Tuesday–Friday are scheduled to arrive Wednesday–Saturday (subject to Royal Mail service times).

Shipping Method

  • All orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24.

  • Typical delivery aim is 1–2 working days, but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Local Delivery & Collection

  • Collection is free of charge 

  • Delivery is calculated at checkout 

  • You’ll receive confirmation of your delivery/collection slot after checkout.

Shipping Area

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • We do not ship outside of the UK.

  • Dispatch and delivery timeframes may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., Royal Mail delays, severe weather, public holidays).

  • Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout; incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays.
