Storage & Shelf Life

Our bakes are made fresh in small batches for the best flavour and texture.

For best results, please place your bakes in the fridge when they arrive. Allow them to come to room temperature before eating for the perfect texture.

Store your bakes in an airtight container in the fridge and they will stay fresh for up to 14 days.

For the best taste, we recommend warming your slice in the microwave for 10–15 seconds to bring back that gooey texture.

Our bakes can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Simply defrost at room temperature and enjoy.

Shipping

• Same day dispatch on Tuesday-Friday for orders placed before 12:00pm (UK time)
• Orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday
• We do not dispatch on Sundays, Mondays or UK public holidays

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your selections before placing an order. If you have any questions about products, ingredients, or delivery options, please contact us prior to checkout and we'll be happy to help.

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged to our high standards before leaving our bakery.

However, if there is an issue with your order on arrival (e.g., incorrect or unfulfilled items), please follow our Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos so we can review and assist.
